@joehewitt HUGE improvement to the TTScrollView: better zooming, residual inertia on scrolling, etc. Fork: http://bit.ly/crBWjt > 2010/07/21
@three20 HUGE improvement to the TTScrollView: better zooming, residual inertia on scrolling, etc. Our fork: http://bit.ly/crBWjt > 2010/07/21
Good session of UIScrollView, but I'm not convinced. All info of TIled Layers is the gold juice of it. Session 104, WWDC 2010. #iPhone #objc > 2010/06/27
Scroll View is SOO crappy that Apple start his session with: "You don't have to write your own. REALLY"!? Should believe it? NAA!! #iPhone > 2010/06/27
UIScrollview is one CRAP!! God saved Joe Hewitt for TTScrollView !!! > 2010/06/24
Some UIKit Classes are UNUSABLE. UIScrollview is far away the poorest one. #objectivec #iPhone #cocoa > 2010/06/24
Is mobile banking growing or not? The answer is yes: http://bit.ly/dx43rc > 2010/06/14
@joehewitt was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! We expend more time trying to make the UIView* classes works that if we create this classes from 0. > 2010/06/14
RT @joehewitt: Android gripe: scrolling. not smooth, inertial animation feels wrong, no elastic bounce. Somebody show Google an iPhone! > 2010/06/11

If you are using the iPhone Tab Bar in your application, but you need to hide the Tab Bar in any specific situation. And you’re using TTNavigator (Three20h) to manage yours View Controllers. This is a very easy task.
The simplest way is to read the image header (metadata). Our open source project Photoshop Framework recently implemented a function that performs this task in a very simple way.
See this post in stackoverflow to see the code for this function specifically and other useful information.
This function is implemented only for PNG images. Not yet implemented for other image formats, developers are welcome. The project is Open Source under the GNU License.

Note: This function doesn’t work with iPhone compressed PNGs, this compression is automatically performed by XCode and change the image header, see more details here and how to disable this feature: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1751896
Future versions of PSFramework will interpret this headers too, stay tuned.

We recently publish on SourceForge one new Open Source class named OrderedDictionary. OrderedDictionary combines functionality of NSMutableArray and NSDictionary on one unique class. Based on original code of Matt Gallagher, we expand and will continue expanding the functionality of this powerful new class.
As open source material we believe that this code could expand and become better and better. We will post some documentation for this classes on the future. For now access https://sourceforge.net/projects/ordereddictiona/ to download and use this class.
Permission is given to use this source code file without charge in any project, commercial or otherwise, entirely at your risk, with the condition that any redistribution (in part or whole) of source code must retain the Matt Gallagher copyright and permission notice. Attribution in compiled projects is appreciated but not required.
